Last Wednesday, 1/28, we had the pleasure of hosting Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin in our library. The Governor was here to announce the creation of Personal Learning Plans (PLPs) for all Vermont students. He was joined by Agency of Education Secretary Rebecca Holcombe and members of the PLP work group, which included a CVU student and faculty member. CVU students in attendance were able to ask Gov. Shumlin questions about the legislation and experience the excitement of a real press conference.
